Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify and engage top-tier talent for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating feedback loops.
- Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends in New York and Ohio to advise on compensation and recruitment strategies.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and culture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; Students with relevant internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems, ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our offices in New York or our Ohio branch.
