Responsibilities
- Assist senior recruiters in screening resumes and identifying qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Post job openings on various platforms and maintain the company careers page.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Research and compile lists of prospective candidates to expand our talent pool.
- Support the recruitment team in preparing interview materials and scheduling events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the technology sector.
