Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards to identify and source high-quality candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist with candidate onboarding logistics.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key hiring managers to ensure a steady flow of applicants.
- Attend recruitment events and networking sessions to represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the technical recruiting lifecycle and hiring best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work part-time (15-20 hours per week) with a focus on availability for Summer or Fall start dates.
