Responsibilities

  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networking events, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
