Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networking events, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships through the interview process, providing exceptional candidate experience and feedback.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview materials, and facilitate onboarding logistics.
- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to optimize recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (e.g., Frontend, Backend, DevOps).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn.
- Willingness to start in the Summer or Fall 2024.
