Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms to identify and engage top talent.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare candidate packets for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new interns and employees.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports with high accuracy.
- Participate in campus recruitment events and networking sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
