Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and talent pools for open technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage and update job postings on various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining candidate databases.
- Participate in recruitment events and campus outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- High level of organization and attention to detail when managing data.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process and labor laws is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
