Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Update and maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Perform market research to identify talent gaps and industry trends.
- Support the recruiting team with event coordination and employer branding.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources with a strong interest in recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
