Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and social media platforms to identify and engage potential candidates for open technical roles.
- Resume Screening: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify top talent that matches our client requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to assist in recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Communication: Manage communication with candidates, providing feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and training materials are prepared.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Graduating seniors welcome).
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Baltimore, MD office or be based in the Maryland/Pennsylvania area.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct online research and navigate various social media platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in recruitment and a passion for helping people find their dream careers.
