We are looking for a motivated Summer Intern to join our team in Denver, CO. As a hybrid of a Technical Recruiter and an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence while helping top-tier talent find their next big opportunity.
Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Strategy: Assist in optimizing job postings and company pages for search engines (Google, LinkedIn) to increase organic visibility.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and resume reviews to match candidates with open positions in Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring data accuracy and pipeline health.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends in the Denver tech scene to advise hiring managers on compensation and talent availability.
- Event Coordination: Support our presence at local career fairs and networking events in the Colorado area.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- College Credit: Must be able to receive academic credit for this internship (university form provided).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles and search engine algorithms is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) for the duration of the summer.
