Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Assist in maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and database accuracy.
- Participate in candidate outreach via email and phone.
- Attend recruitment events and networking sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (20-30 hours/week).
