Responsibilities
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor salary data to support our recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate fit against technical requirements.
- Coordinate Interviews: Manage the interview process by scheduling meetings, sending calendar invites, and preparing candidate briefs.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding materials for new hires.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time hours during the summer months and willing to continue part-time into the Fall.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new HR software.
- Work Ethic: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
