Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level and technical positions.
- Source potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update and maintain candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support campus recruiting events and job fairs to build our talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Sophomore year or higher preferred).
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruiting methodologies is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and a willingness to learn.
