We are looking for a driven Summer Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities
- Assist in screening resumes and identifying qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including internal and external candidates.
- Research and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct market research on competitor salary bands and benefits.
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events and campus visits.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and onboarding materials.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Availability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during the summer.
