We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Fresno, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of technical recruitment.
As an entry-level intern, you will play a vital role in sourcing top talent, screening resumes, and supporting hiring managers in building high-performing teams. You will work closely with senior recruiters to learn industry best practices, master Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and develop your networking and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the marketing team in writing and posting job descriptions.
- Attend recruitment events and assist with candidate engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Eagerness to learn new tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
