Responsibilities
- Screening Candidates: Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates during the evening hours.
- Data Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
- Communication: Assist in drafting outreach emails and maintaining professional communication with applicants.
- Support: Support the recruitment team during virtual and in-person recruitment events.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Technology: Basic understanding of HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
