Apex Innovations is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Summer Technical Recruiter Intern to support our fast-paced HR team. This is a paid opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the tech industry while working in the heart of San Francisco.
In this role, you will work directly with our Senior Recruiters to help us identify top talent for engineering, product, and design roles. You will learn the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in organizing campus recruitment events and networking sessions.
- Update and maintain candidate databases within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare candidate briefs and provide feedback to the hiring team.
- Support onboarding processes for new summer hires.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) is a plus.
