Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment for technical and administrative roles.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support hiring strategies.
- Optimize job postings and content for SEO to maximize visibility.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and culture fit.
- Update and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate data.
- Organize and attend recruitment events and networking sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) in the office or hybrid.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
