Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and analyze current SEO strategies.
- Support the marketing team in optimizing website content and identifying high-value keywords.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and maintain candidate databases.
- Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and social media content.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to project brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) concepts and recruitment methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
