Apex Talent Solutions is seeking a driven and analytical Paid Intern to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Denver, CO. This is a full-time opportunity designed for university students looking to launch a career in Human Resources and Technical Recruiting. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing top-tier talent, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting our executive search operations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for open technical roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing documentation and orientation materials.
- Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Conduct phone screens to gather candidate background information and salary expectations.
- Attend recruitment events and career fairs to represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive candidate information.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
