Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions in the Tech and Finance sectors.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards to identify passive talent and build talent pipelines.
- Schedule and coordinate interview logistics, including calendars and conference rooms.
- Update and maintain candidate profiles in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct basic market research to understand salary benchmarks and competitor strategies.
- Support the recruiting team with data entry and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn about the recruiting industry and sales methodologies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during the summer months.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms for professional networking.
