Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean searches.
- Screen resumes and phone screen candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and salary trends.
- Update and maintain candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in employer branding activities and career fairs.
- Contribute to team meetings and recruitment strategy discussions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, staffing, and the technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn recruitment software (ATS).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
