Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial phone screens and gather necessary candidate information.
- Assist in organizing career fairs and networking events.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
