As an Intern, you will play a vital role in our recruitment and operations departments. Whether you are a student seeking experience this summer or ready to kickstart your career in the fall, we provide the mentorship and hands-on training you need to excel.
Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates across various job boards and professional networks.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor hiring strategies.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate dossiers, and facilitate communication between applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely data.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to improve our recruitment processes.
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, report generation, and event coordination.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong desire to start a career in recruitment, talent acquisition, or operations.
- Availability to begin work immediately (Summer) or in late August/September (Fall).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
