As a Recruiter Intern, you will work closely with senior recruiters to support the full lifecycle of hiring, from sourcing candidates to managing the interview process. You will have the chance to develop professional skills in communication, networking, and project management while contributing to our team's success.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level and technical positions.
- Conduct market research and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Screen resumes and phone screen candidates to assess cultural fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update and maintain candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job descriptions and social media content.
- Attend recruitment events and networking sessions to represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and HR best practices.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week on-site in New York, NY.
