Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level and technical positions.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Screen resumes and phone screen candidates to assess cultural fit and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job descriptions and social media content.
  • Attend recruitment events and networking sessions to represent the company brand.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and HR best practices.
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week on-site in New York, NY.
