Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify and screen potential candidates for technical roles.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities in the Denver and PA markets.
  • Job Posting: Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various career boards and internal ATS platforms.
  • Onboarding Support: Support the new hire onboarding process by preparing documents and answering candidate questions.
  • Recruiting Events: Assist in organizing and staffing career fairs and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (rising Senior or recent Grad).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
