This is an immediate hire opportunity for the summer/fall semester. You will work directly with our Senior Recruiters to source, screen, and place top-tier engineering and technical talent. You'll gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain candidate databases accurately.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging tech trends and talent pools.
- Support the marketing team in drafting job descriptions and employer branding content.
- Attend networking events and career fairs to represent the TalentFlow brand.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigating ATS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
