Responsibilities
- Optimize job descriptions with SEO best practices to increase applicant visibility
- Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech platforms
- Analyze recruitment metrics and report on campaign performance
- Collaborate on content creation for career pages and social media
- Assist in developing talent pipelines for in-demand technical roles
- Track industry trends and competitor recruitment strategies
- Support virtual recruitment events and weekend interview coordination
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and job board optimization
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10am-4pm)
- Detail-oriented with analytical mindset
