Responsibilities
- Resume Screening: Assist in screening resumes for technical and non-technical positions to identify top talent candidates.
- Sourcing: Utilize job boards and social media platforms to proactively source potential candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor compensation to support our recruiting strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest: Genuine interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and the technology sector.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time summer schedule (June - August) with potential for Fall extension.
