In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior recruiters to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews. You will have the chance to work with cutting-edge HR technology and develop professional skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates via phone and video calls to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever to manage candidate pipelines and track hiring metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and understand competitor compensation strategies.
- Assist in drafting and posting compelling job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for hiring managers and candidates.
- Attend campus career fairs and networking events to represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR technology, or the tech industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work full-time for the summer session (June through August).
