Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interview scheduling.
- Assist in posting job openings across various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Participate in campus recruitment events and networking mixers.
- Update and maintain candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and transportation (for occasional off-site events).
