Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify and engage potential candidates for technical roles.
- Resume Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of resumes to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate initial phone screens and technical assessments for hiring managers.
- Market Research: Analyze current market trends and compensation data to provide insights to the recruitment team.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Sourcing Skills: Basic understanding of Boolean search or willingness to learn sourcing techniques.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to learn the recruiting industry.
