Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System accurately and timely.
- Market Research: Assist in analyzing salary data and market trends to provide insights to the recruitment team.
- Event Support: Represent Apex Talent Solutions at local tech meetups and campus recruitment events.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (graduating in Summer or Fall).
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time (20-30 hours per week) for a duration of 3-6 months.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and social media recruiting platforms.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the nuances of technical recruiting.
- Location: Must reside in the New York metropolitan area.
